Improvement results: Improvement of the new design jig.
A case where the mechanism was changed to fit from above, instead of pressing a board from the side to prevent liquid leakage as in conventional equipment!
We would like to introduce the results of improvements made to new designs of jigs at the chemical plant, which led to increased productivity. In this plant, there was a frequent occurrence of liquid leaks, requiring approximately 15 minutes of handling more than five times a day on some days, resulting in decreased productivity and loss of leaking raw materials. After the improvements, there were no occurrences of liquid leaks, leading to a reduction in handling time and raw material loss.
